  • Full high school diploma.
  • Proficiency with communication tools (WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Teams).

Requirements:

  • Represent Mondelēz by visiting stores according to the planning cycle, monitoring shelf presence and assortment.
  • Expose campaigns, optimize point-of-sale materials, and identify the best in-store locations to maximize product visibility.
  • Perform administrative tasks, assist with stock replenishment, pricing, setup of extra displays, and promotional activities.
  • Meet field KPIs and annual objectives, delivering sales growth and increased brand visibility.

You will optimize sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
  • Monitor shelf and assortment.
  • Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
  • Perform required administrative tasks.
  • Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
  • Be the customer's first choice of supplier.
  • Create exposure in stores.

  • Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
  • Confident with good interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated with a drive to achieve set goals
  • Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills

Será responsável por garantir a exposição correta dos produtos no ponto de vendas, seguindo os critérios de planograma da Mondelez. Irá atuar no abastecimento das gôndolas, controle de estoque, precificação, montagem de pontos extras e ações promocionais, além de monitorar oportunidades e apoiar no aumento das vendas e de visibilidade das nossas marcas.

Como você irá contribuir:

Experiência anterior como promotor de vendas ou de merchandising (será diferencial);

Ensino Médio completo;

Conhecimento e uso de ferramentas de comunicação (WhatsApp, e-mail, Microsoft Teams);

Facilidade de ferramentas tecnológicas.
