Digital Consulting Intern – 6 months

The role

As a Digital Consulting Intern at Zühlke, you will be an integral part of our consulting teams and contribute directly to client engagements. Over a period of 6 months, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of digital consulting topics, from strategy development to the design and launch of digital products and services. You will typically support our teams through research, analysis, and hypothesis-driven work, while developing a strong understanding of consulting methodologies and real client environments.

How you’ll make an impact

• Work as a fully integrated member of our consulting teams on client engagements

• Support consultants in developing hypotheses, performing analyses, and preparing client presentations

• Assist in the preparation and facilitation of client workshops

• Contribute to the development of our consulting offerings (e.g. transformation consulting, organisational consulting, operating model design, enterprise architecture management)

• Support initiatives such as customer surveys, studies, and the creation of thought leadership content (e.g. white papers, op-eds)

• Help prepare commercial proposals and support client relationship management activities

What’s important to us

• You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a BSc or MSc in Business, Innovation, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• You have gained initial practical experience (e.g. through internships) and are familiar with innovation frameworks and modern ways of working

• You have a good understanding of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), including their practical application and limitations

• You bring a strong interest in technology, innovation and consulting

• You have a structured, analytical mindset and strong communication skills

• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
