We are currently searching for a PowerBI Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-impact reporting solutions primarily using Power BI to drive business value.
• Act as an effective stakeholder partner, translating complex business needs into analytical solutions with clear communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Individually manage tasks from general requirements to completion, working directly with lower to mid-level business partners without supervision.
• Develop robust data models utilizing dimensional modeling techniques and modern transformation tools.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline data engineering or visualization tasks.
• Contribute as a strong team player to help evolve internal processes and best practices.

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI or at least one modern BI platform.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Proven experience in Data Modeling, specifically dimensional modeling (Star Schema/Snowflake).
• High degree of autonomy, with the ability to lead projects and interface with stakeholders without handholding.
• AI Forward mindset: Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize development workflows.
• Driven and curious personality with a deep understanding of the importance of business context.

Desired:

• Experience with modern transformation tools such as dbt (significant plus).
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse).

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
