Requirements:

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of SMB executive search firms using Invenias, helping customers navigate challenges, coordinate escalations, and share best practices from across the customer community.
  • Monitor customer adoption and usage trends to identify opportunities to increase value and engagement with the platform.
  • Support renewal conversations and help customers plan continued use of Invenias; identify opportunities for additional Bullhorn capabilities, integrations, or partner solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on any open issues or action items; serve as the voice of the customer to Product and internal stakeholders.

About the role

Invenias plays a critical role in supporting executive search firms around the world. As a Relationship Manager, you will help ensure our customers continue to succeed with the platform while shaping the future of the product through the feedback and insights you bring back to the business.

Reporting to the General Manager of Bullhorn’s Executive Search technology practice, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a broad portfolio of firms, delivering a scalable engagement model that helps customers solve challenges, adopt best practices, and get more value from the platform.

Working closely with Product, Support, and Sales, you will help ensure that our customers continue to see Invenias as an essential part of how they run their search businesses.

A typical day will include...

  • Acting as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of SMB executive search firms using Invenias

  • Helping customers navigate challenges, coordinating internally when escalations arise, and sharing best practices from across the customer community

  • Monitoring customer adoption and usage trends to identify opportunities to increase value and engagement with the platform

  • Supporting renewal conversations and helping customers plan their continued use of Invenias

  • Identifying opportunities for customers to benefit from additional Bullhorn capabilities, integrations, or partner solutions

  • Supporting customers during key lifecycle moments including onboarding, adoption milestones, and growth of their Invenias usage

  • Acting as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with Product and internal stakeholders

  • Documenting customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up on any open issues or action items
