Roles & Responsibilities

3-7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Accounting, Financial Systems, or Consulting, including hands-on customer-facing engagements
Experience with financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance) and budgeting/forecasting processes
Proficiency in Excel-based financial analysis and reporting; experience with Excel add-ins a plus
Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles with ability to translate financial concepts into system configurations

Requirements:

Deliver customer-facing consulting engagements in FP&A, management accounting, or financial systems
Analyze financial statements and support budgeting and forecasting processes for clients
Develop and present Excel-based financial analyses and reports; leverage Excel add-ins as needed
Manage client expectations and scope in a professional services environment; contribute to training and mentoring sessions

Job description

What you will be doing:

3–7+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Management Accounting
- Financial Systems Consulting
Hands‑on experience delivering customer‑facing consulting engagements
Experience working with:
- Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance)
- Budgeting and forecasting processes
Experience with Excel‑based financial analysis and reporting
Prior Professional Services or implementation consulting experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
Ability to translate financial concepts into system configurations
