As the Vice President of Client Relations, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining strong satisfaction levels across our special servicing portfolio. Your strategic leadership will directly influence client engagement, operational performance, and business growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee comprehensive portfolio management, transaction execution, and risk identification while building and leading a high-performing team and cultivating strategic partnerships both internally and externally.
You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal operational leadership, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution. Your responsibilities span end-to-end portfolio oversight, supporting critical client transactions including acquisitions, sales, loan transfers, and private securitizations, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across finance, legal, operations, and senior leadership. You will champion strategic initiatives that optimize operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance value delivery for our clients.
Your leadership approach will be grounded in data-driven insights and performance monitoring to assess portfolio health, generate actionable reporting and analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and operational rigor. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
