  • Provide prescriptive, outcomes-focused consulting to a diverse portfolio of RENXT customers and drive outcomes
  • Understand customer needs and craft a roadmap to adopt or expand functionality to achieve desired outcomes
  • Engage with customers throughout the engagement—from implementation through renewal—supporting navigation of new releases and maximizing value of the RE NXT subscription
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, CSMs, and other services teams) to ensure a seamless, cohesive customer journey

Job description

As an Advisory+ Consultant, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term consulting relationships with customers who use Raiser’s Edge NXT. Your mission is to provide proactive best practices optimization consulting  throughout their engagement, ensuring their success with product adoption and maximizing the value of their software subscription. Blackbaud Advisory+ is a premium consulting offer which focuses on driving outcomes for customers using Raiser’s Edge NXT.

What you'll do:

  • Working with customers to drive outcomes:

    • Provide prescriptive, outcomes-focused consulting to a diverse portfolio of RENXT customers.

    • Understand customer needs and expertly craft a roadmap to adopt or expand on functionality to achieve desired outcomes

    • Engage with customers in your portfolio throughout the duration of their engagement, often at the start of implementation and continuing through renewal. You’ll support them in navigating new releases, adjusting business processes, helping new staff, and ultimately building a strong relationship and customer that is maximizing the value of their RE NXT subscription.

    • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Sales, CSMs, or other services teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience across the customer journey.

  • Contribute to Service Offerings:

    • Shape the Advisory+ offering by sharing insights and expertise.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

    • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales calls to expand footprint of Blackbaud Advisory+

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on RE7 and RENXT.

  • Experience in multiple areas of fundraising, for example annual or major giving, is encouraged.

  • Comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and end-users. Experience with driving organizational change and making recommendations to customers.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand customer needs.

  • Ability to successfully manage a portfolio of customers.

  • Have a self-starter mindset by proactively managing customer deliverables with limited supervision.

The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
