About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Integration Consultant to join our growing consulting team. You will design, develop, and deliver high‑quality integration solutions across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, etc.).

This is a hands‑on consulting position ideal for someone who enjoys solving integration challenges, collaborating with technical teams, and contributing to successful SAP S/4HANA, cloud, and hybrid transformation programs.

This role can be performed from anywhere in Australia, New Zealand, or the Philippines, with occasional travel for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including CPI iFlows, API‑based integrations, B2B/EDI interfaces, and event‑driven patterns.
• Implement end‑to‑end integration scenarios across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud applications, and non‑SAP systems.
  
• Develop and test integration flows, mappings, routing logic, and exception handling.
  
• Build, manage, and secure APIs using SAP API Management.
  
• Participate in workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical designs.
  
• Support integration modernisation initiatives such as PI/PO to BTP migration.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multi‑system environments.
  
• Contribute to documentation including design specs, interface mappings, and support guides.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6+ years’ SAP integration experience, ideally with hands‑on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
  
• Experience with integration adapters and protocols (REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, JMS, AS2).
  
• Background integrating SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Cloud applications with external systems.
  
• Experience with SAP API Management and API governance is highly regarded.
  
• Exposure to event‑driven architectures and SAP Event Mesh is a plus.
  
• Strong problem‑solving capability and ability to independently troubleshoot integrations.
  
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  
• SAP integration certifications are an advantage.
