In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning, create and improve processes for our CRM tools and help optimize sales operations. You’ll leverage your analytical expertise to develop dashboards, track key performance indicators (OKRs/KPIs), and deliver actionable insights that fuel revenue growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Conducts data analysis and develops dashboards to monitor business performance as well as individual performance of sales team, including revenue, pricing, and operational metrics
- Supports territory and coverage design
- Designs and roles out sales comp plan in alignment with our strategic initiatives
- Tracks and reports on OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives across departments
- Supports annual and quarterly planning cycles, including forecasting and scenario modeling
- Develops business cases for new initiatives and strategic investments; identifies and evaluates new growth initiatives and partnership opportunities
- Maintains and optimizes sales tools, including day-to-day operations of HubSpot and Sales Navigator
- Works with partners to ensure the CRM is optimized to support growth
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities
- Helps educate teams on SaaS metrics, including ensuring pipeline accuracy for net-new revenue
- Works cross-functionally with Legal to ensure accurate and compliant bookings
- Programmatic support for key initiatives
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a sales or revenue operations role
- 3 years of hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting
- 5 years of experience in the SaaS or technology industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling) and PowerPoint for executive presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS business models
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)Familiarity with OKR/KPI frameworks and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deliver Executive level storytelling with data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to apply business strategy frameworks to real-world problems
Required Training, Certification and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Exposure to deal desk operations and contract compliance
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR)
Preferred Experience
- 5 years prior involvement in pricing strategy or deal desk functions
- 5 years experience supporting strategic planning processes in a mid-sized technology company
- 5 years experience creating and maintaining processes within a CRM tool
Preferred Training, Certification and Education:
- MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to use equipment at workstation, in an indoor environment, for up to 8 hours daily
