Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

Position:

We are looking for a full-time Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team who will develop and enhance data models designed to optimize business processes. The role’s success will depend on the understanding of the market and business needs and enabling insights through data analysis. 

The role will lead the development of supporting documentation backed by research and analysis in the following areas: sales channels, market opportunities, industry figures, financial projections. This role will become a conduit between the business and product development before it goes into production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Extensive experience with software applications, including Notion, Linear,  Google Suite and Visio
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business, information and technical requirements into a blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives
• Research and evaluate alternative approaches and recommend efficient and cost-effective solutions
• Interact with technical and non-technical (cross-functional) stakeholders and be able to present and explain analytical problems, approach, results, and recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency impacting team’s reporting efforts
• Initiate improvement actions to ensure performance & costs targets are being met
• Start generating better processes for sales channels
• Research current opportunities and provide data on new market opportunities 
• Create and maintain a library of up to date business and market documentation 
• Generate financial projections, make data-driven recommendations
• Be a conduit for the business to the product development before it goes into production
• Identify and partner on cost optimization strategies.
• Provide solutions support for the Company’s sales teams during early-stage opportunity qualification.
• Work cross-functionally with different engineering, product, and business teams
