Investor Relations Associate (Finance) – Transfer Agency (Graduate Opportunity)

Wroclaw, Poland – 12‑Month Program via mthree

Salary:  zł. 70,000

This opportunity is ideal for a recent finance, accounting, economics, or business graduate based in Poland who wants to begin their career in a world‑leading financial institution. You’ll join mthree on a 12‑month placement.

 

About the Role

As part of the Investor Relations / Transfer Agency (TA) function, you will help manage the full lifecycle of investor activities within investment funds. This includes maintaining accurate investor records, processing transactions, responding to queries, and supporting operational excellence across the investor experience.

 

What You Will Do

As a Graduate Investor Relations Associate, your responsibilities may include:

 

  • Performing routine and non‑routine client service and transactional support functions
  • Delivering analytics and reporting, contributing to automation and process improvements
  • Advising internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and issue resolution
  • Processing investor account‑related transactions aligned with scheduled events or validated client instructions
  • Handling inquiries from investors, resolving issues and ensuring high‑quality service
  • Assessing business needs and recommending enhancements to service models
  • Participating in product development, product enhancements, and system testing
  • Troubleshooting system‑related issues by applying growing domain expertise
  • Applying industry standards and internal best practices to provide solutions to stakeholders
  • Supporting the allocation and review of work performed by junior or support team members (where applicable)

 

This is a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented role designed to give you foundational experience in investor operations, transfer agency processes, and global fund administration.

 

Training Provided (mthree Academy)

Before joining your team onsite, you’ll complete structured training through the mthree Academy, giving you the technical, regulatory, and professional foundation needed to thrive.

Funds Industry & Fund Operations

  • Overview of the funds industry and investor lifecycle
  • Fund operations & finance
  • NAV components
  • Fund types & differences
  • Case studies, simulations, and group exercises

 

Operational & Technical Skills

  • Transaction processing & trade lifecycle
  • Advanced Excel
  • Market products, including fixed income & derivatives
  • Project management fundamentals
  • Data visualization and presentation development

 

Academy Experience

  • Instructor‑led live sessions (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00)
  • Group work, business scenarios, and practical exercises
  • Regular assessments and a final capstone project
  • Daily support from the mthree Academy employees
  • Continuous professional and interpersonal development

 

By the end of training, you’ll be fully prepared to step into your Investor Relations Associate role with confidence.
