Compensation:
COP 3.15M/month.

The position we currently have available is 100% work-from-home for a B2B (Business to Business) multichannel campaign (emails and calls).
Training is paid at 75% of your base salary.
Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for approximately 2 weeks.
Operations schedule:
Monday to Friday – weekends off.
Availability required from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(subject to change due to Daylight Saving Time).
