Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or technologist certification (not a university degree)
  • No prior call center experience required; training provided
  • Flexible availability, including evenings or accommodating virtual study or night shifts

Requirements:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls to provide information and assistance
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a service-oriented approach
  • Promote and process products/services; work toward sales commissions
  • Participate in training and adapt to rotating schedules; maintain accurate customer records

💰 Salario base: $1.423.500

➕ Comisiones sin techo (¡tú decides cuánto quieres ganar!)

✅ Prestaciones 100% legales y prestacionales completas

📆 Horario: Lunes a SÁBADO – 8 horas ROTATIVAS (¡Domingos y festivos LIBRES!)

📄 Contrato directo con la empresa

🔁 A los 3 meses, tu contrato pasa a TÉRMINO INDEFINIDO
