  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a Call Center (sales, retention, loyalty, portability, SAC, or support)
  • Must be of legal age
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachillerato / Educación Media)

Requirements:

  • Handle customer calls to support collections and sales in a call center, including retention, loyalty, portability, SAC, and support
  • Meet or exceed sales and retention targets while delivering high-quality customer service
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM and manage porting requests as required

✔Técnico o Tecnólogo

✔ Experiencia mínima 6 meses en Call Center (ventas, retención, fidelización o portabilidades, sac, soporte)

✔ Ser mayor de edad

💰 Condiciones Laborales

💵 Salario: $1.750.905 + comisiones SIN TECHO

📄 Contrato: Obra o labor

🕒 Horarios rotativos (8 horas diarias / 44 semanales):

  • Lunes a sabados
  • 🚫 No domingos | No festivos
  • Lugar de trabajo Cra 42 bis#13-90 (puente aranda)
