  • Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience (commercial or outbound/telesales campaigns).
  • Preferably experience in insurance campaigns.
  • High school diploma (Bachillerato / Educación Media).
  • Strong commercial advisory skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

  • Provide commercial advisory and close sales through call center campaigns (sales or outbound).
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls within an 8-hour shift framework (44 hours per week), delivering excellent customer service.
  • Aim to meet or exceed sales targets to earn commissions and contribute to company growth.
  • On-site work at Puente Aranda – Zona Industrial (near TransMilenio) and participate in ongoing training and development.
