Requirements
5–8 years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles with security experience
Strong hands-on experience with GCP (primary), AWS, and Azure
Production experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred)
End-to-end ownership of CI/CD pipelines (Java, Python, React/TypeScript)
Strong programming skills; ability to build tools and automation
Experience with observability (logging, metrics, alerting, SLOs)
Security expertise: IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, supply chain security
Experience with SAST, DAST, container scanning, dependency tracking
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Familiarity with AI tools and interest in driving adoption
Responsibilities
Own deployment lifecycle: releases, rollback, runbooks, promotion gates
Manage multi-cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines across services
Define and track SLOs; lead incident response and postmortems
Implement and maintain observability across systems
Improve developer experience and reduce operational friction
Document infrastructure and mentor engineers
Own end-to-end security posture across infra, pipelines, and apps
Implement security tooling: SAST, DAST, scanning, dependency tracking
Manage secrets lifecycle and IAM policies
Lead SOC 2 compliance: controls, evidence, audits
Handle security incidents: detection, triage, remediation
