Roles & Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Azure expertise
  • Advanced Kafka capabilities (topics, partitions, consumer groups, Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams)
  • API gateway experience with Kong or Gravitee
  • Contract-first API design with OpenAPI 3.x and AsyncAPI, plus secure integration (mTLS, SASL, client certificates)

Requirements:

  • Design and implement the program's integration platform in Azure: Kafka topology, API Gateway (Kong), contract-first integration contracts, and migration patterns (strangler fig, CDC)
  • Define Kafka topic topology (naming, partitions, retention, ACLs) and integrate with Casiopea (on-prem Kafka with mTLS)
  • Deploy and configure Kong: routing, authentication, rate limiting, and security policies
  • Design and validate integration contracts (REST: OpenAPI 3.x; events: AsyncAPI) and implement integration patterns (CDC with Debezium; strangler fig), transferring knowledge to external supplier teams

Tecnologías a usar (Obligatorias): Microsoft Azure

Kafka avanzado: topics, partitions, consumer groups, Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams.

• API Gateway: experiencia con Kong o Gravitee.

• Contract-first: OpenAPI Specification 3.x, AsyncAPI.

• Seguridad en integración: mTLS, SASL, certificados cliente

Tecnologías a usar (Deseables): Confluent Platform, Avro/Protobuf, Azure Event Hubs (Kafka protocol), Terraform

Tareas a realizar: Diseñar y ejecutar la plataforma de integración del programa: topología Kafka, API Gateway (Kong), contratos de integración (contract-first) y patrones de migración (strangler fig, CDC).

• Definir la topología de topics Kafka (naming, particiones, retención, ACLs), integrando con Casiopea (Kafka on-prem, mTLS).

• Ejecutar la implantación de Kong: routing, autenticación, rate limiting y policies de seguridad.

• Diseñar y validar contratos de integración (OpenAPI Specification 3.x para REST, AsyncAPI para eventos).

• Implementar patrones de integración: CDC con Debezium y strangler fig para migración progresiva del monolito.

• Documentar la estrategia de integración y transferir conocimiento a los equipos proveedores.
