Job description

We are looking for a person to help us improve our customer satisfaction, generating a real transformation in our product and processes. The ideal candidate would be an advocate for our clients who likes to build relationships, understands their requirements and solve their problems.

The job is fully remote. The team, including the managing partners, is located in Argentina, while the company is incorporated in the USA. As one of the leading SaaS platforms in time tracking and productivity software, we serve thousands of business clients all over the globe.

Since were a product-led company, your role will be key to retain customers, generate more sales and bring insights to develop new solutions. Your work will shape our business.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients
  • Provide 1:1 online demos, client training and webinars
  • Manage sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with clients to deeply understand their needs
  • Supervise the support process and quality
  • Supervise the onboarding process
  • Lead help and training content creation
  • Define quality processes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Present Customer Retention KPI
  • Present Customer Churn KPI
  • Present Insights on how to improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing bringing customer insights

Qualifications Required

  • English level: Bilingual
  • At least 3 years of experience as CSM or a related position
  • At least 3 years of experience working in SaaS
  • At least 6 years of related work experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Highly organized

Preferred

  • Knowledge of business analytics tools
  • Understanding of product metrics
  • Project management skills
  • Marketing or business background
