Senior Full-Stack Engineer —Kotlin/React

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Kotlin/React) to join a high-scale U.S. tech company.

This is greenfield product development inside an existing platform — not backfilling someone or maintaining legacy code. The client leadership team (VP of Engineering, Director of Product, Director ofEngineering) is deeply engaged and wants thought partners.

You will have direct access to senior stakeholders and are expected to challenge the process, propose alternatives, and drive outcomes.

Must have:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep Kotlin experience — multiple years building production backend services in Kotlin (Ktor, Spring Boot/Kotlin, or equivalent).
• Strong React experience — building complex, multi-step UI flows.
• PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
• Third-party API integrations — REST, XML feeds, webhook-based systems.
• Comprehensive automated testing — unit, integration, end-to-end. 90%+coverage is the baseline.
• Autonomous operator — proven ability to work with minimal product management support.
• Strong English communication — written and verbal (C1 minimum). Engineers communicate directly with senior client stakeholders.
• US timezone overlap — comfortable working in Pacific / Central time zones.

Strong Differentiators:

• Ruby on Rails experience (navigating and extending an existing Railscodebase).
• Salesforce API integration experience (reading/writing Salesforce objects,opportunity management).
• GCP infrastructure experience.
