  • Guide dealer achievement to maximize Parts and Service Index performance; direct dealer parts operational complaints to the correct stakeholder(s) as needed
  • Provide training to dealers for AGCO parts and services systems, and encourage dealer attendance in AGCO training programs

The Inside Aftersales Commercial Manager is AGCO’s dealer facing representatives responsible for AGCO’s Parts & Services business, which includes business support and growing the dealer’s aftersales business. The Inside Aftersales Commercial Manager will work with AGCO dealers and internal functions to develop and sustain a profitable distribution network with industry leading Aftersales support and customer satisfaction.   
  

Your Impact  

  • Coordinate the execution of structured Aftersales Business Plans for dealers to achieve the highest levels of performance.  

  • Drive revenue for AGCO parts and services through dealer support in retail marketing, promotion, programs, and consulting  

  • Guide to dealer achievement to maximize Parts and Service Index performance. Direct dealer parts operational complaints, such as availability and shipment errors to the correct stakeholder(s) as needed  

  • Provide training to dealers for AGCO parts and services systems, in additional to encouraging dealer attendance in AGCO training programs Improve dealer service operational efficiency and profitability by analyzing service metrics, such as MPP PSP completion, AGCO Connect activations, PM360 penetration, NPS performance etc., and executing improvement action plan . 

  • Adjudicate Parts goodwill requests from dealers and customers up to DOA limit Support new product introduction, including a Recommended Dealer Stocking List for parts, special tooling, training and overall Dealer Readiness compliance. 

  

Your Experience and qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business‑related field, with preference for agricultural disciplines such as ag technology, marketing, or business. 

  • Basic knowledge of agricultural or industrial equipment and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 

  • Skilled in using data visualization tools, including Tableau. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences—from farmers to dealership senior management. 

  • 3–5 years of experience in aftermarket parts or product support, with OEM or dealership experience preferred.
