Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled MFT & Workload Middleware Engineer with hands-on experience in Managed File Transfer and workload automation. This role focuses on managing secure file transfers, batch scheduling, and production support in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor batch jobs & workflows in Tidal
Configure and support file transfers in JSCAPE MFT
Troubleshoot job failures, transfer issues, and connectivity problems
Handle incident, problem, and change management
Support partner onboarding and secure data exchange
Perform root cause analysis and implement enhancements
Maintain documentation and support production environments
Experience:
Hands-on experience with JSCAPE MFT Server and/or GoAnywhere MFT
Strong experience in Tidal Scheduler

Experience in job scheduling, monitoring & troubleshooting
