Job description

We are looking for a Senior CRM Developer for a full-time, 1-year remote contract (37.5 hours per week) with a possibility of extension. In this role, you will support and enhance a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment, contributing to the configuration, development, and optimization of core applications. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement scalable solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues through detailed root-cause analysis. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, developing testing plans, and ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365/CRM development, including strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and the .NET Framework. Experience with Web APIs, Swagger, PowerShell scripting, and source control systems such as TFS or SVN is essential. Exposure to Microsoft Azure services and Power Platform tools is considered an asset. Candidates must hold an active Secret security clearance and be comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative environment while delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.
