Analyst - Purchasing/Procurement

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Solution Analyst - Procurement/Purchasing - for a 12+ month contract position with a Large Energy Company located in Minneapolis, MN.

Pay range: $82.40 - $92.40 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Work extensively within ServiceNow and ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Support software purchase requests and licensing approvals
• Manage software license portals and repositories
• Review and interpret End User License Agreements (EULA)
• Support internal and external software audits
• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, and SAM FTE teams
• Assist with ROI analysis, end-of-life planning, and vendor transitions
• Maintain accurate software and licensing documentation

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience
• ServiceNow experience, ideally with SAM Pro
• Experience supporting software licensing and asset management
• Ability to interpret and document EULA agreements
• Experience working in ticket-based operational environments
• Strong ability to follow structured processes and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and openness to learning

Desired skills:

• Exposure to internal or external audits
• SAM Pro certification
