Requirements:

  • Analyze data to deliver actionable insights for international clients and AI-driven initiatives
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
  • Work with data warehousing solutions (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar) and perform SQL and programming tasks (Python, Scala, or Java)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data models and dashboards

CI&T is looking for people located in Colombia to work as a Senior Data Analyst 

 

Requirements for this challenge:

Solid experience as a Data Analyst
Excellent level of English C1 or above and Spanish communication (reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory)
Experience working with international clients
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Strong experience with data pipeline development and ETL/ELT processes
Proficiency with data warehousing solutions (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar)
Experience with SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java)
Understanding of data modeling and database design principles


Nice to Have:
Experience with major Cloud Platform providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP), particularly GCP/BigQuery
Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Stitch, etc.)
Experience with streaming data platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis)
Knowledge of data visualization tools beyond PowerBI (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with AI/ML pipeline development and MLOps
Experience with D2C initiatives and e-commerce analytics
Experience with Adobe tools and marketing technology stack
Certifications in cloud platforms or data engineering
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
