Zinovo is looking for a talented and experienced Braze Marketing Consultant to join our LATAM team. As a Braze Marketing Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing marketing automation and customer engagement solutions for our customers using Braze. You will be responsible for leading technical design analysis and documentation, developing messaging experiences across channels, and supporting campaign builds including the development of email templates, in-app messages, push notifications, content cards, segmentation logic, and API integrations.
You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of cross-functional teams to support execution and delivery across Braze’s platform, including Canvas (journey orchestration), Campaigns, Segmentation, and integrations with data warehouses, CDPs, and other MarTech tools.
The ideal candidate for the position of Senior Braze Marketing Consultant should have strong project management skills to manage projects from initiation to completion. They should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex marketing challenges and develop innovative solutions using Braze. Additionally, strong communication skills are crucial to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Lead technical design analysis and documentation, and support execution/delivery within Braze (Canvas, Campaigns, Segmentation, and personalization features)
Design and implement omnichannel customer journeys using Canvas (email, push, SMS, in-app messages, content cards)
Create technical, integration, and data design documentation
Develop and optimize messaging templates (HTML, Liquid, personalization logic)
Build and manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies
Support campaign builds including development of templates, triggered messaging, data transformations, and API integrations
Integrate Braze with external systems (data warehouses, CDPs, backend services) via REST APIs and webhooks
Implement event tracking strategies and user attribute management for personalization and lifecycle marketing
Analyze campaign performance and optimize engagement strategies
Support preference centers and subscription management strategies within Braze or via third-party tools
3–5 years of client-facing experience leading requirement gathering and documentation
4+ years of experience working with Braze or similar lifecycle marketing platforms
6+ years of experience in email automation, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management
Strong hands-on experience with Braze Canvas, Campaigns, Segmentation, and personalization features
Experience with Liquid templating language for dynamic content
Strong understanding of event-based architectures and customer data platforms
Experience integrating Braze via REST APIs, SDKs, and webhooks
Deep knowledge of data modeling, user attributes, and segmentation strategies
Experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for message templates
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
