Job description

JOB SUMMARY

The Content Coordinator supports the development, organization, and delivery of content across digital and print channels. This role provides essential writing, editing, production, and QA support—ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand, SEO, and accessibility standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write, edit, and proofread content across formats

  • Upload and format content in CMS using SEO/UX best practices

  • Support content audits, QA checks, and updates

  • Assist with research, fact-checking, and content preparation

  • Collaborate with designers and creative partners to ensure narrative + visual alignment

  • Maintain organized documentation and version control

  • Apply approved AI tools while ensuring outputs meet editorial, SEO, and accessibility standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years in editorial, content, or digital marketing roles

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Familiarity with SEO basics and CMS workflows
