Why This Role Matters
Every day, someone in Washington reaches out because they’re scared, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. Crisis Connections exists so that no one has to navigate those moments alone. By joining our team, you become part of a mission that directly strengthens the wellbeing and resilience of our communities.
As our services expand to support individuals transitioning from emergency rooms, EMS, and correctional facilities into life saving MOUD (Medication for Opioid Use Disorder) care, your work becomes a critical link in someone’s path to stability, recovery, and hope.
If you’re someone who finds meaning in systems that help people, who loves organizing information to make real-world impact, and who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment — this is a place where your skills truly matter.

About the Role
As the Database & Community Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our statewide MOUD and SUD resource system. You’ll ensure our database is accurate, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the people and providers who rely on it.
Your work will help ensure that when someone reaches out for help, we can connect them to the right care at the right time.
You will:
• Maintain and update statewide MOUD and Next-Day SUD appointment availability
• Build relationships with clinics and providers, especially in underserved regions
• Host and attend statewide provider meetings
• Run custom reports and analyze trends across calls, chats, emails, and searches
• Support system customization, testing, and implementation
• Maintain dashboards and perform regular quality assurance
• Collaborate closely with our Data Department and clinical MOUD team
• Respond to internal and external data requests
• Help shape the future of our expanding programs
This role blends data stewardship, community engagement, and process improvement — perfect for someone who loves both people and systems.
