Join Us in Transforming Healthcare Education.

At Joyce University, we believe every student can, should, and will succeed — and that journey begins with a meaningful, supportive admissions experience. Behind every confident enrollment decision is an Admissions Advisor who is trained, empowered, and inspired to serve.

As our Admissions Onboarding Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping that experience. You’ll design and lead training programs that equip our Admissions Advisors to connect with prospective students in a consultative, ethical, and student-centered way. Your work will directly impact how quickly advisors ramp, how effectively they engage, and ultimately, how many students begin their path into healthcare.

If you’re passionate about coaching, performance, and purpose-driven enrollment — this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

Build High-Impact Training Programs

  • Design and deliver end-to-end onboarding for Admissions Advisors, with a strong focus on the first 30 days
  • Create structured, skill-based learning journeys that accelerate time-to-productivity and early success
  • Ensure training aligns with institutional messaging, enrollment goals, and student-centered practices

Develop Confident, Student-Centered Advisors

  • Lead engaging, high-energy trainings on consultative admissions skills — including needs discovery, objection handling, follow-up, and closing
  • Build advisor proficiency in CRM systems, processes, and reporting tools
  • Reinforce a counseling-based approach that prioritizes trust, empathy, and student success

Coach for Performance & Growth

  • Provide ongoing coaching through call reviews, shadowing, and quality evaluations
  • Diagnose skill gaps and deliver clear, actionable feedback
  • Support continuous development to improve conversion outcomes and advisor confidence

Use Data to Drive Results

  • Assess advisor readiness using performance metrics, skills assessments, and quality benchmarks
  • Monitor trends in productivity, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Continuously refine training programs using data-driven insights

Collaborate Across the University

  • Partner with admissions leadership to define success metrics and improve performance strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, academics, and student services to align messaging and student experience
  • Ensure all training and advisor interactions meet compliance and ethical standards

What’s in It for You

At Joyce University, we invest in the success and well-being of our employees. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:
