  • Own day-to-day performance and health of Return Bar locations, including tracking key metrics, performance reporting, and proactive deviation management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations from hubs and CX/CSM, and establish feedback loops to drive durable process or product improvements
  • Conduct regular Return Bar site visits and audits (scheduled and secret shopper) using a standardized framework; synthesize findings into actionable insights for internal teams and partners
  • Translate field insights into actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and partner experience, driving cross-functional improvements

The Manager, Location Partnerships will own the day-to-day performance and operational health of the Return Bar network. This role is responsible for monitoring and improving location-level performance, managing escalations across internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across operations

 

Core Responsibilities

Return Bar Performance & Network Health

  • Own day-to-day performance of Return Bar locations, ensuring strong execution across key metrics
  • Develop and enhance performance tracking and reporting; proactively identify and address performance deviations

Escalation Management & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations from Hubs (operational issues) and CX/CSM (customer issues)
  • Establish feedback loops to ensure recurring issues are addressed through durable process or product improvements

Field Operations & Site Audits

  • Conduct regular Return Bar visits (both scheduled and “secret shopper”) to assess execution and customer experience
  • Develop and standardize a repeatable framework for site visits and audits
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights and share with internal teams and partners
  • Translate field insights into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and partner experience

 

Requirements & Skills

Experience & Background

  • B.S. or B.A. degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, logistics, or a similar fast-paced, execution-oriented environment
  • Experience working in cross-functional or partner-facing roles preferred

Core Skills

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and comfort working with operational data and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems, manage multiple workstreams, and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with a bias toward action and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
