  • Direct and oversee day-to-day Analytics team operations, coordinating with the BI team to manage ad-hoc reporting requests and drive integration of data analytics tools across business functions.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and large-scale data transformations using SQL stored procedures and Python scripts.
  • Lead data quality and business process improvement efforts across Clinical Provisioning, Operations, Sales/Marketing, Account Management, IT, and Finance; translate analyses into actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Develop and present dynamic dashboards (Tableau) and KPIs; communicate results to non-technical stakeholders and provide training on Tableau/TabPy and data wrangling techniques.

DIRECTOR, ANALYTICS

Access Telecare LLC, headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks a Director, Analytics. This a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere within the United States. Will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis, used to provide strategic support to senior management and functional leadership with respect to business decision-making and growth. Specific duties include: (i) directing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Analytics team, including leading coordination efforts with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to manage all ad-hoc internal and external reporting requests and driving the technology integration of various data analytics tools across business functions; (ii) building and implementing robust data pipelines with large data transformation tasks, including with respect to large dataset updates through stored procedures using dynamic parameters in SQL and Python scripts; (iii) supporting business process improvement and data quality improvement efforts by analyzing various data integrity issues to better optimize Clinical Provisioning, Operations, Sales/Marketing, Account Management, IT, and Finance functional departments; (iv) leading meetings with internal teams (i.e., operations, scheduling, sales, and practice management) as well as external clients to analyze various data sets and translate data analyses into easy to understand strategic business recommendations with actionable insights and analytics tools to support optimal business decisions; (v) designing and maintaining dynamic dashboards for business solutions that are flexible with changing business rules and automating work processes; (vi) developing and introducing Tableau dashboards with advanced analytics abilities (i.e., dynamic stored procedures that perform complicated analyses on the fly based on user’s inputs); (vii) developing and reporting robust key performance indicators and suggesting business improvement tools to drive business growth, including sales pipeline opportunities, workforce productivity, and customer profitability; (viii) translating analytical results with a common sense approach to non-technical business audience, including executive management, clinical staff, and external clients; (ix) overseeing regular training in Tableau integration of TabPy as well as data wrangling techniques in Python; and (x) preparing and presenting business intelligence/data reports on operational performance, including with respect to the validation of business data on a recurring basis.

This is a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere within the United States.

Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics plus four (4) years of experience in an Analytics position.

Experience must include four (4) years of experience with SQL, four (4) years of experience with Microsoft Visual Basics, and one (1) year of experience with each of the following: (i) experience in the telemedicine/healthcare operations industry; (ii) Python (data pipelines and data transformation, API development, Machine Learning focus on forecasting and anomaly detection); (iii) Tableau Desktop (TabPy, Custom SQL, Initial SQL, parameterized SQL, LOD, Data Source Blending); (iv) Tableau Server (Managing extracts, Row level security, user access); (v) Azure DevOps (managing sprints, development cycles, API dev, version control and code repository); (vi) Financial Modeling; and (vii) Microsoft Power Automate (create workflows and automations). Experience can be concurrent.
