About the role:
Execute effective preventive maintenance activities in the production area in line with the Site Maintenance Strategy and local SOPs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and logbooks, ensuring strong data integrity and good documentation practices.
Proactively identify and implement measures to prevent machine breakdowns and reduce maintenance-related costs.
Ensure full compliance with GMP, Quality, PCCE, and other applicable Haleon corporate and legal requirements.
Ensure adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), process safety, electrical safety, and machine safety standards during all maintenance activities.
Support deviation investigations within the assigned value stream and ensure timely closure of actions.
Assist the Reliability and Planned Maintenance Lead in developing preventive maintenance plans and closing audit CAPAs (Levels 1–4).
Execute actions arising from self-inspections as assigned by the Operational Maintenance Lead.
Actively contribute to risk identification and mitigation related to equipment and maintenance activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including system upgrades, innovation projects, productivity improvements, and meeting project timelines.
