JOB DESCRIPTION -The Supply Chain Data Analyst III will review and analyze various aspects of our supply chain operations, including open purchase order status, SKU constraints and allocations, delivery performance, and forecasting signals. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
The anticipated salary for this position is $90k-$95k annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES-
Extract and review open purchase order status and provide insights to optimize procurement processes
Analyze detailed lists of constrained and allocated SKUs, both current and forecasted, to identify potential supply chain issues
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement action plans to resolve SKU supply chain issues within agreed timelines
Conduct regular reviews of delivery performance, utilizing comprehensive reports, to identify trends and areas for improvement at both aggregate and distribution center level
Generate and share planned purchase report for key suppliers to support with collaborative planning
Prioritize opportunities for inbound supply chain efficiency improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize operational effectiveness.
Performs additional duties as directed
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE-
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Data analytic.
Must have experience with CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment.
Proven experience as a data analyst with a focus on supply chain operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences across all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing supply chain challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
Experience in JDA Blue Yonder is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable insights
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS-
Minimal travel required to Company and customer locations in support of strategic initiatives and team goals
