We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Customer Experience division.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Find growth opportunities
  • Identify product bottlenecks and growth points using data, research, and common sense.
  • Turn ideas into hypotheses
  • Formulate clear, testable hypotheses and define what success looks like.
  • Drive execution
  • Work with engineers, designers, and analysts to bring ideas into production, fast and efficiently.
  • Own delivery
  • Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.
  • Analyze experiment results and product metrics to understand what worked and what didn’t.
  • Use insights to iterate, optimize, and scale successful solutions.

We expect from you:

  • You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
  • You can drive delivery
  • You know how to validate results and run experiments
  • You’re comfortable with product research (qualitative & quantitative)
  • You can work cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
  • You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
