Responsibilities:
- Leading workshops, requirement analyses, and technical assessments with international stakeholders;
- Designing, building, and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate);
- Advising on strategic and technical use of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including prompt engineering and automation scenarios;
- Architecting and enhancing SharePoint solutions focused on collaboration, document management, and process optimization;
- Providing expert guidance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (governance, security, productivity, integrations);
- Mentoring team members and contributing to best practices, architectural standards, and solution quality;
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot;
- Collaborating with cross-functional international teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Consultant or Solution Architect, or strong hands-on experience in Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365;
- Strong hands-on experience in building Power Platform solutions (canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows, connectors, governance);
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven automation;
- Proven knowledge of SharePoint Online, modern architecture, and governance best practices;
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, administration);
- Ideally, experience with Power BI;
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and architectures;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proactive mindset, curiosity for new technologies, and focus on innovation;
- Fluent in English with good presentation skills and strong customer orientation;
- Fast learner with a structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working.
