Job Description

We're seeking a Delivery Manager who can lead high-impact IT projects while driving growth and operational excellence. You'll act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring every project delivers value, on time and within budget. This role goes beyond delivery. We're looking for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, spots opportunities, and makes things happen.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience leading IT service delivery in client-facing roles.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities and act on them.
  • Strategic thinker with operational rigor.
  • Client-focused and outcome-driven.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
