Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1+ years of recruiting/human resources experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruiting CRMs.
  • HR or Talent Acquisition certifications (PHR/SHRM or HCI/NAHCR/RACR) preferred; healthcare recruitment experience preferred.

Requirements:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing attrition, new business plans, and potential retirements.
  • Develop strategies to acquire talent to keep vacancies at facility-specified levels and to staff opening dates for new or expanding programs, including retirement replacement plans.
  • Assess candidates using behavioral interviews, resumes, credential reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities, ensuring quality hires.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives; manage counter offers as necessary; maintain accurate candidate progress documentation in the applicant tracking system.

Job Description:

Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements. Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies. Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary. Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries. Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. Other duties as assigned.

•  Proficiency in utilizing AI tools [Required]

• 1+ recruiting/human resources experience [Required]

• Healthcare experience [Preferred]

• RPO experience [Preferred]



Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: - Bachelor's Degree in related field OR 4 years relevant work experience

• Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR [Preferred]

• HR Certification through HCI or SHRM [Preferred]

  • Located in Western North Carolina



Licenses and Certifications:

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred]

$47,708.82 - $88,730.89
