This is a hands‑on financial modeling role supporting live transactions. You’ll work directly with Sterlington’s M&A, Executive Compensation, and Private Wealth partners while deals are in progress.

The work is detailed and execution‑focused. • Build, update, and review financial models related to active transactions
  • Analyze deal structures, management equity, rollover scenarios, and incentive arrangements
  • Check assumptions, run scenarios, and flag where economics meaningfully change

  • Provide clear, practical input that helps partners think through negotiation positions
  • Track relevant market and valuation context as it applies to specific deals
  • Help improve internal models, templates, and working materials over time
  • Join selected client calls to walk through financial mechanics when helpful

  • Detail‑oriented and careful with assumptions and inputs
  • Able to explain financial concepts clearly to lawyers and senior partners
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, professional environment
