You will have a significant impact in terms of efficiency, problem-solving, and support knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will work closely with the product owner and team members to translate user needs into technical solutions. Throughout the lifecycle of a service or product, from requirements to deployment, support, and maintenance, contribute throughout the lifecycle, considering deadlines, balancing effort and outcome, and proactively addressing risks.

Your contribution will be vital in overcoming challenges and ensuring that our service continues to meet the needs of our business and customers.

The Team

We enable advertisers to define how they reward publishers and manage transactions using an event‑driven architecture. We use an exciting array of technologies, including Java/Spring, AWS Lambda, Kafka, NodeJS, SQL/NoSQL databases, Angular, and more.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Work inside a small team and be comfortable with agile methodologies and practices

  • Develop code and contribute to reviews, retrospectives, planning and development sessions
  • Follow best-practice guidelines and processes and help to improve those
  • Work with Product Managers to convert user stories to features and tasks
  • Grapple with business logic and help solve business needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal (day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written forms (documentation, emails, communication tools) with local and remote team members

Whilst the above is a guide to general expectation of the role, we expect this position to evolve allowing you greater scope to gain both knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate marketplace.
