Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) orders, including processing or rejecting orders and reviewing fraudulent orders
Follow up with clients via phone or email regarding their orders and provide/clarify information about products
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Perform other related tasks to support the customer support function
