Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in administrative support or as an executive assistant
  • Strong calendar management and meeting coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks

Requirements:

  • Manage the calendar and coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, documents, reviews, follow-up actions, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and cross-functional communication and support marketing project tracking and progress
  • Support team procedures by helping establish new processes and providing communication support with external partners, including partner search
  • Prepare and present key weekly/monthly/quarterly performance information and report to the CMO; assist with additional assignment tasks
