Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Experience creating job descriptions, recruiting plans, screening candidates, and presenting endorsed candidates
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on candidate experience
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment and source candidates via social networks and job boards

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand hiring needs, priorities, and talent requirements and develop recruiting strategies
  • Create job descriptions, recruiting plans, evaluate and screen candidates, and present endorsed candidates; manage the internal candidate database
  • Engage with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, and job boards to build a strong candidate network
  • Organize and conduct online interviews, maintain hiring-related documentation, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand our needs, priorities, and talent requirements in order to bring the top performing talent to each role

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting strategy, including creating job descriptions, recruiting plans, evaluating and screening candidates, and presenting endorsed candidates

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, and job boards in order to build a network of potential candidates

  • Organize and conduct online interviews

  • Manage the existing internal candidate database

  • Act as a point of contact and build excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process by communicating the role, our cultural values, perks & benefits in an exciting and unique way

  • Support Talent Acquisition Manager with daily operations and take care of hiring-related documentation
