Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or other e-commerce marketplace operations and ads campaigns
  • Strong data analytics and performance optimization skills (tracking metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, GMV, ROAS)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (content, operations, analytics, creator management) and collaborating with creators, affiliates, and influencers
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for e-commerce growth on TikTok and stay updated on platform trends

  • Develop and execute the overall TikTok Marketplace strategy to drive sales and brand growth
  • Manage TikTok Shop operations and TikTok Ads campaigns, including product listings, promotions, and performance optimization
  • Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, ROAS) and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Lead a cross-functional team across content, operations, analytics, and creator management, and collaborate with creators, affiliates, and influencers to scale revenue

  • Develop and execute the overall TikTok Marketplace strategy to drive sales and brand growth.

  • Manage TikTok Shop operations and TikTok Ads campaigns, including product listings, promotions, and performance optimization.

  • Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, ROAS) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

  • Collaborate with creators, affiliates, and influencers to scale TikTok Shop revenue through live selling and creator partnerships.

  • Plan and execute TikTok promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales and platform-wide events.

  • Lead a cross-functional team across content, operations, analytics, and creator management.

  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging TikTok commerce trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Work with paid media teams to optimize TikTok ad campaigns that drive marketplace sales
