Roles & Responsibilities

Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, closing, onboarding).

Experience recruiting for SAP specialists, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers.
Excellent candidate experience management and ability to handle job openings with enthusiasm and precision.

Requirements:

Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, closing, and onboarding candidates.
Recruit IT profiles including SAP specialists for the Cloud Apps team, and Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers for the Business Digital Transformation team.
Build and maintain a strong IT and business network through LinkedIn, events, job fairs, referrals, and other channels to fill openings.
Manage job openings with enthusiasm and precision, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience; align work arrangements with Leuven office days and remote/Ghent options.

Since 2016, Dataroots has grown from its two founders to over 150 employees. To continue this growth, we’re looking for a true Dataroots ambassador who can bring the right talent on board and help elevate our recruitment team to the next level 💪.

As our newest Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be solely responsible for sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, closing, and onboarding candidates. In this role, you’ll recruit profiles such as SAP specialists for our Cloud & Apps team, as well as Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers for our Business & Digital Transformation team.

To achieve this, you’ll build a strong network in the IT and business world through LinkedIn, events, job fairs, referrals, and other creative channels. You’ll also manage job openings with enthusiasm and precision, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

As a recruitment specialist at Dataroots, you’ll have a few dedicated office days in our Leuven headquarters. Whenever you’re not in Leuven, you can choose to work from home or from our Ghent office.
