Descrizione del ruolo:
Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti che parlino italiano come madrelingua per unirsi al nostro team di supporto clienti remoto basato in Grecia. Collaborerai via chat, email o telefono, aiutando clienti italiani con domande, problemi tecnici e assistenza post-vendita.
Responsabilità:

  • Fornire assistenza clienti in italiano (orale e scritta)

  • Gestire richieste, risolvere problemi e seguire i casi fino a chiusura

  • Collaborare con i team interni per migliorare la soddisfazione del cliente

  • Mantenere un atteggiamento professionale e proattivo in modalità remota
    Requisiti:

  • Italiano madrelingua o quasi madrelingua

  • Inglese livello almeno B2

  • Connessione internet affidabile e ambiente di lavoro tranquillo

  • Ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente
