Drive Sales Growth by Leading B2B Deals with NHS Clients UK Hours, Remote-Based

The Role: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for turning qualified interest into signed deals. You'll manage a full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract with NHS leaders, owning your regional pipeline and helping drive growth across the UK healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Book and run qualified discovery calls and product demos
  • Own the sales pipeline for your assigned NHS region
  • Lead conversations and negotiations with senior NHS stakeholders
  • Draft and present proposals and pricing documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and rollout
  • Maintain accurate records and deal progression using HubSpot
  • Consistently hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets

About You

  • Based in South Africa and fluent in English
  • Available to work 8am-6pm UK time (9am-7pm SA time)
  • 2-4 years of experience closing B2B deals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working with senior decision-makers
  • Organised and proactive in managing sales cycles
  • High energy, driven, and goal-oriented
  • Degree educated
  • Bonus: Experience in UK public sector or NHS
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot or sales tools
