We are a team of 3 and are currently looking for a CRM Manager with a strong focus on VIP client strategy and engagement to complete our Global CRM Squad! In this role, you will elevate relationships with our most valuable clients across markets. You will lead the development and execution of high-impact, data-driven VIP clienteling initiatives, ensuring exceptional and personalized experiences that drive loyalty and long-term business growth. You will play a key role in shaping how we identify, engage, and retain our top-tier clients, while collaborating closely with regional teams and traveling regularly between our offices in Zurich, Grenchen, and internationally.
Your contribution:
- You own and drive the global VIP client strategy, ensuring a consistent and elevated approach across regions and channels.
- You design and implement targeted VIP clienteling initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain high-value clients, maximizing lifetime value.
- You analyze client data and behavioral insights to anticipate VIP client needs and deliver highly personalized actions and experiences.
- You monitor VIP performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to enhance loyalty, engagement, and retention.
- You act as a key ambassador for VIP excellence, ensuring best practices are shared and adopted across markets.
- You ensure strong data quality, governance, and compliance across CRM systems, with a focus on enabling high-quality VIP insights.
- You develop tools and processes that empower boutique teams to deliver outstanding, tailored experiences to VIP clients.
- You collaborate closely with retail and marketing teams to embed a strong VIP clienteling culture, including training and adoption of CRM tools.

- You bring solid experience in CRM, clienteling, or data-driven marketing within luxury, retail, or consumer goods.
- You have proven expertise in VIP client management, with a strong track record of delivering impactful VIP campaigns and programs.
- You are passionate about creating exceptional, high-touch client experiences and understand the expectations of top-tier clientele.
- You are highly analytical, with strong skills in CRM tools (Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus), Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- You have experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across retail, marketing, IT, and legal teams.
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership.
- You are fluent in English; French is a plus.
- You are flexible and willing to travel regularly (Zurich, Grenchen, and internationally)
