Key Responsibilities
Clinical Marketing Strategy & Market Development
• Develop and execute the clinical marketing strategy for the neurovascular portfolio aligned with commercial objectives.
• Translate clinical evidence, outcomes data, and physician insights into clear and compelling clinical value propositions.
• Identify barriers to physician adoption and develop initiatives that support procedural growth and product utilization.
• Partner with product marketing and sales leadership to ensure clinical messaging supports overall commercial strategy.
Clinical Evidence Translation & Commercial Enablement
• Partner with Clinical Affairs and Medical Affairs to support evidence-generation initiatives including clinical trials, registries, and real-world evidence programs.
• Translate complex clinical data and scientific evidence into clear, actionable messaging for physicians and hospital decision-makers.
• Develop clinical marketing tools including physician education materials, procedural guides, case studies, and digital content.
• Ensure field teams are equipped with evidence-based messaging and educational resources that support physician engagement and customer discussions.
Physician Education & Clinical Adoption
• Support physician education initiatives that enhance understanding of treatment pathways and clinical outcomes.
• Partner with Professional Education and Medical Affairs to support clinical training programs, workshops, and educational initiatives.
• Ensure clinical messaging is consistent across physician education, marketing materials, and field communication.
Product Launch & Portfolio Growth
• Lead the clinical marketing components of new product launches including clinical messaging, educational resources, and physician-facing materials.
• Partner with product marketing and sales leadership to drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Ensure clinical differentiation and evidence are clearly communicated during launch and commercialization phases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Professional Education to ensure alignment across clinical messaging and customer engagement.
• Provide clinical expertise to support sales training, marketing initiatives, and physician education programs.
• Work with regulatory and legal teams to ensure marketing claims are compliant and supported by clinical evidence.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of neurovascular procedures, stroke treatment pathways, and hospital decision dynamics.
• Ability to translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear and compelling messaging.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with physicians and internal stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration capabilities.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and project management skills.
Key Success Metrics
• Growth in neurovascular product adoption and procedural utilization
• Impact and utilization of clinical marketing tools and physician education resources

Travel
• Up to 40–50% travel, including physician meetings, conferences, and field engagement.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.
Preferred:
• Experience in neurovascular, stroke, neurointervention, or interventional cardiology/radiology strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience translating clinical evidence into effective marketing strategies and physician education initiatives.
• Experience supporting product launches and commercial adoption initiatives.
