Requirements:

  • Lead storytelling and PR efforts, including writing thought leadership pieces and developing a distinctive brand voice, while building relationships with journalists, podcasters, and influencers to secure earned media coverage.
  • Develop a data-driven content strategy: build a content roadmap based on keyword research, search intent data, and competitor gap analysis; design content journeys and manage a calendar aligned with enrolment cycles.
  • Use GA4, Search Console, and CRM data to track the impact of content and PR on enrolments; run A/B tests on headlines, formats, and CTAs; collaborate with Paid Media to demonstrate how organic content lowers acquisition costs.

What does this role involve?

We're looking for someone who combines exceptional storytelling with strategic, data-driven thinking. You'll be responsible for building our content ecosystem, from landing us in top-tier publications to ensuring every piece of content serves a measurable growth objective. This role sits at the intersection of PR, content strategy, and performance marketing.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Storytelling and PR

  • Write thought leadership pieces, white papers, and op-eds that resonate with prospective families and attract media interest.

  • Develop a distinctive brand voice that positions CGA as the definitive choice in online education.

  • Build relationships with journalists, podcasters, and influencers to secure meaningful earned media coverage.

Content Strategy

  • Build a content roadmap grounded in keyword research, search intent data, and competitor gap analysis.

  • Design content journeys that guide readers from discovery through to enrolment.

  • Manage a content calendar aligned with enrolment cycles and key school milestones.

Analytics and Attribution

  • Use GA4, Search Console, and CRM data to track the impact of your content and PR activity on enrolments.

  • A/B test headlines, formats, and CTAs, and iterate based on what the data tells you.

  • Work with the Paid Media team to demonstrate how organic content lowers overall acquisition costs.
