Trout Unlimited (TU) works across the U.S. to bring together diverse interests to care for and recover rivers and streams so our children can experience the joy of wild and native trout and salmon. Our Institutional Giving team secures foundation funding that enables this work at scale.
The Role
This is a precision operations role with a positive, can-do spirit at its core. The Institutional Giving Coordinator ensures that every proposal, report, deadline, and data point is handled accurately and on time, every time. You bring a mindset that solutions exist, challenges can be worked through, and the work can move forward. You are the backbone of execution for a high-performing fundraising team. Success in this role means nothing falls through the cracks, and the team experiences you as reliable, steady, and a genuinely positive partner. This position reports to the Director of Institutional Giving and supports a small team of frontline fundraisers.

Compensation and Benefits (Part-Time Eligibility)
This is a part-time, hourly position expected to average approximately 20 hours per week. The hourly rate range for this role is $38–$46 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Occasional additional hours may be available based on workload and organizational needs.

Depending on hours worked, part-time employees may be eligible to participate in Trout Unlimited’s benefits program, which can include health insurance, retirement savings (403(b)), paid sick leave, vacation accrual, and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for participation in the 403(b) retirement plan and EAP benefits. Please note that part-time employees are not eligible for paid federal holidays. Additional details on benefit options, costs, and enrollment will be shared during the hiring process.
