About the role

 

Joining our team as a Technical Support Specialist you will collaborate with our cross-functional team 
and provide technical support to the CSG product suit for our Customers.

 

What you will do

 

  • Take ownership of the application support. 
  • Spot inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks and keep everything running like clockwork. 
  • Maintain billing SLA would be the major KPI in this role


You Should Have

 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in application support with the mandatory skill set as Oracle SQL,PL/SQL,UNIX.
  • Good to have working knowledge on writing SQL queries PL/SQL blocks and shell scripts
  • Should be able to write, debug shell scripts Oracle Procedures and Packages.
  • You thrive on teamwork, can communicate and collaborate easily with your teammates.
