Job description

About the role

Joining our team as a Technical Support Specialist you will collaborate with our cross-functional team
and provide technical support to the CSG product suit for our Customers.

What you will do

Take ownership of the application support.
Spot inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks and keep everything running like clockwork.
Maintain billing SLA would be the major KPI in this role

You Should Have

Minimum 4 years of experience in application support with the mandatory skill set as Oracle SQL,PL/SQL,UNIX.
Good to have working knowledge on writing SQL queries PL/SQL blocks and shell scripts
Should be able to write, debug shell scripts Oracle Procedures and Packages.
You thrive on teamwork, can communicate and collaborate easily with your teammates.
